We are currently recruiting for a Company Director to run and take responsibility of our very busy Engineering company. We have 28 members of staff and manufacture metal roofing and cladding materials.
As Company Director you will be responsible for all the staff, production, transport and the stock. You will be basically running the company other than the sales and accounts department.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be experienced in running a company of this size
- Have a proven track record as Company Director or senior managerial position within an engineering environment
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic business plans
- Excellent organisational, leadership and motivational skills with a natural passion to deliver results
Salary is negotiable but will reflect the responsibilities.
You must be flexible with working hours as they will be what ever is needed to make sure things run smoothly.
Benefits will include profit share.
