Evergreen Marine has an exciting opportunity available for a Shipping Export Documentation Clerk to join the team based in London. Working on a full time, contract basis to cover maternity leave, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £14,000 - £21,000 per annum depending on your level of qualifications and experience.

About the Shipping Export Documentation Clerk Role:

The Shipping Export Documentation Clerk Objective:

- Provide an efficient and friendly customer service

- Ensure efficient, accurate and timely production of export matters

Duties as our Shipping Export Documentation Clerk may include some of the following:

- Take bookings (UK Export and Europe cross-booking)

- Produce shipping documentation (Bill of Lading/ Sea waybill/ Manifests)

- Invoicing customers

- Customer helpline

Requirements

- Previous experience or an interest in the shipping industry will be an advantage

- Must have legal rights to work within UK, without sponsorship
