We are currently recruiting for a Trainer Administrator to support a large, local organisation based in Taunton, Somerset. They are part of a governmental body and are looking for someone who can work with and support their experienced international training team. The role will involve planning and producing training courses materials, booking individuals onto the training and arranging transportation for international attendees.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Provide administrative support for international training, including providing joining instructions, maintaining course records and evaluations, liaising with specialists within the organisation, maintaining course registers, and ensuring files and databases are up to date.
* Support course preparation including the configuration of the training rooms and maintenance and supply of course material for international training courses.
* Provide administrative support for the International Bursary course, including drafting and sending invitations and arranging delegate's flights, accommodation and transport. Completing required security information, sending the joining instructions, and liaising with international embassies.
* Provide administrative support for overseas training, including booking flights and accommodation, and obtaining Visas.
* Manage the knowledge assets for the technical training section, administer and update question banks and manage the internal and external training validation process.

Successful candidates will need to be able to show the following:

* Aptitude for office management and ability to work within a close knit team environment
* Previous experience working within a public sector organisation would be beneficial
* Good organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communications and inter-personal skills
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
* Excellent IT skills, including a thorough working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new software packages, including elements of the production system
* Knowledge of training or a willingness to develop requisite skills to support the trainers.
* Ability to review data and write concise reports on findings

This is a temporary position initially for a minimum of 12 months.

The rate of pay is GBP9.47 per hour

Working Hours are: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, may be some requirement to work outside of the hours based on international time delay requirements.
