Skilled tradesman to work in a building and maintenance team of high quality student housing.

We are seeking a self motivated, honest individual who is polite, well presented, has good communication skills, physically fit and able to work alone. The successful applicant must be experienced in all aspects of residential property maintenance and building. They must be multi skilled and be prepared to deal with whatever issues arise on the properties. We have 150 high quality student properties around Lincoln but mainly in the West End. The job would involve reporting daily to our Carholme Road office to receive maintenance job sheets for completion each day.
