RCC Recruitment Limited is looking for a recruitment consultant to join an expanding team in Cardiff. This will include a broad range of tasks across resourcing, business administration, marketing and finance. Each day will be different and come with a new set of challenges and priorities. It will require strong organisational skills and a positive, upbeat mentality, with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Calling clients and arranging meetings to discuss their recruitment requirements
• Attending networking events to market and meet prospective candidate and clients
• Managing and maintaining the database (coding, updating CVs and activity logs)
• Ensuring the business administration is kept up-to-date
• Meeting and greeting candidates as required
• Recommending any business process improvements to increase the efficiency of the business
• Being involved in business decisions processes around marketing, recruitment and sales
• General administration duties as required
• Answering the phone to candidates and taking them through a registration process

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working as a 360 recruitment consultant is essential
• Tenacity
