Customer Experience Consultant (German speaking essential)
Location - Ringwood, Hampshire
Salary - GBP19,000 per annum
Hours - 40 hours per week
Our clients, based in Ringwood, are an outsourced services provider. They are currently looking for German speaking individuals with a background in providing excellent customer service to customers.
Main responsibilities include:
* To deliver customer service / excellence in all aspects of supporting our client's customers over the phone and in writing in both English and German.
* Flexibility in hours is critical; shifts are required between the hours of 8am - 12am Monday - Sunday.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:
* Excellent telephone manner essential
* Excellent literacy and numeracy essential
* Excellent PC/typing skills
* Excellent attention to detail in both German and English written skills
* Excellent Team Player
* Previous inbound contact centre experience is desirable but not essential
Full training will be provided.
