Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies: Automotive Car Service Advisor Required For A Niche Main Dealer - Brighton
Our Client, a Car Main Dealership, requires an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with recent experience to work within their busy Service Department in Brighton, Sussex.
Your key responsibilities will involve dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
Main Responsibilities:
Attending to customers when dropping off and collecting their vehicles for service/repair.
Taking accurate notes of the customers requests and communicating them to the workshop team.
Keeping customers updated during the day with the progress of their vehicle
Costing and gaining permission for any additional work found.
Preparing and presenting the customer invoice and associated paperwork.
Giving a full explanation to the customer of the work undertaken.
Presenting service products such as service plans, extended warranties etc.
Main Dealer Service Experience is preferable, however, our client will accept applications from candidates from other trades with exceptional customer service experience.
Working Hours: Monday Friday 07:30 - 18:00 and Saturday mornings on a rota (1 in 2) 8:30 - 1:00.
Basic salary is negotiable dependent on experience with an OTE of GBP26,000 - GBP30,000
