Do you have great customer service skills, but are looking to progress AA

So, what is the role all about

As an Inbound upgrades Advisor, you will be working on behalf of a leading telecoms giant in our fabulous new building located in Newcastle City Centre.

Here you will be taking calls from customers and responding to all forms of customer contact, helping them out with any problems or questions they may have.

We are looking for new team mates to maximise opportunities at every opportunity via inbound calls.

Providing an exceptional customer experience on every contact selling the benefits of our clients products, propositions and services at the right cost to the business and the customer.

You will be able to think on your feet to find the best solution first time around, and do whatever it takes to ensure they get the top-notch service they deserve.

A few things you will need???

- You will have already have either a proven track record delivering successfully in a Sales and/or retention team (minimum of 6 month)

- OR

- 12 months customer service experience
