Job Description and Personal Specification

One of the largest Estate Agency and Financial Services Group ith over branches across England, Scotland and Wales, and multi award winners, including Employer of the Year* are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join the team as a Property Manager within the established Property Management team in Manchester.

The successful applicant will be an integral part of the highly-motivated team who thrive on teamwork within this busy and successful office.

The successful applicant will also display the drive to achieve our property management objectives and targets and be excited by our company purpose, vision and values.

We require an individual who is professional, methodical, organised, great problem solver and will relish the opportunity to pick up the phone and speak to our customers.

The role of a Property Manager involves the direct management of a portfolio of landlords properties and includes building customer relationships, assisting and arranging maintenance quotations and works, arranging gas and electrical safety records, discussing rental arrears and negotiating the return of tenants deposits.

This role will also involve carrying out property visits, new inventories and check-outs therefore a full driving license is essential. Previous experience of working in a property industry would be an advantage but not essential, however experience of a busy, customer focussed environment is essential.
