Summary
- Position This multi award-winning housebuilder are seeking a quantity surveyor to work on a two-phase Residential scheme in Harrow.
- Person: As the quantity surveyor, you will ideally be able to demonstrate your experience on a number of residential projects. This is a perfect opportunity for a high-flying quantity surveyor who's had experience running their own projects that wants to develop into a senior at a fast pace.
- Role: The quantity surveyor will be working on both phases totalling 350 units at GBP25m contract value, the second phase slightly larger at GBP35m. The scheme consists of RC Frame, metsec, brick clad, mixture tenure. This project is looking to finish in 2020.
The Role
The quantity surveyor will be working on both phases totalling 350 units at GBP25m contract value, the second phase slightly larger at GBP35m. The scheme consists of RC Frame, metsec, brick clad, mixture tenure. This project is looking to finish 2019/2020, with plenty of projects in the pipeline.
The Person
As the quantity surveyor, you will ideally be able to demonstrate your experience on a number of residential projects in a house builder or main contractor. This is a perfect opportunity for a high-flying quantity surveyor who's had experience running their own projects that wants to develop into a senior at a fast pace.
What else is required?
- Construction related degree
- No jumps from role to role
- Valid Driving Living
- Appropriate CSCS
Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP60,000 plus tailored package -
