Assistant Management Accountant required to join a not for profit organisation in Cambridge city centre.
This role is for 25 hours per week 3 days a week or could be five hours across five days.
This role will support a Management Accountant and assist with group and management reporting. The key responsibilities are as follows;
-Supports all aspects of financial, management and project accounting
-Reports on different projects to the internally and externally
-Assists with the preparation of monthly management accounts
-Assists with preparation of management information to senior research managers
-Assists with payroll
-Assists with financial input into proposals
-Assists in the preparation and execution of annual business plan
-Ad hoc duties as required
It is important to have experience in producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts. Ideally you will be strong on Excel and have previous experience of Microsoft Dynamics however this is not essential
