Customer Service Engineer – French Speaking 
London Wall, London (with travel throughout London and the surrounding area and France)

If you have fluent French language skills and a background in electrical or mechanical engineering, this is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your customer-facing experience within a technologically advanced environment. 

Our client researches and develops innovative, high quality solutions designed to make diagnostic testing more accurate. They are now looking for a bilingual Customer Service Engineer to join their team.

As a Customer Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for installing, commissioning and setting up our client’s analyser equipment at customer sites throughout London, the surrounding area and France.

You will carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance activities, as well as performing fault diagnostics and emergency breakdown repairs. 

Providing a professional, personable service, you’ll provide equipment training for both Engineers and customers. Additionally, you’ll provide technical support to customers, both on and off-site. 

Interested? Whilst no experience is necessary, to be considered, you must have: 

- At a minimum, an HNC level qualification in electrical and/or mechanical engineering or a related subject 
- Fluent written and verbal French communication skills, in addition to English 
- The flexibility to travel at short notice 
- A full, valid driving licence 

Highly motivated and enthusiastic, as a Customer Service Engineer, you must be able to work well, both independently and as part of a team. You must also have good relationship-building skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
