Site Manager

This well-established maintenance company is currently recruiting for a Site Manager. The ideal candidate would have worked in a similar role previously, ideally for a specialist contractor. The successful candidate will take control of refurbishment projects in London, overseeing the project from strip out to finishing and hand-over

Main responsibilities:
- General day to day running of the site
- Maintaining high standards of Health and Safety
- Ensuring all work is carried out to the required high standard
- Liaising with head office and sub-contractors
- Interacting directly with clients and architects
- Keeping control of the budget and programme

What they require:
- Experience within the similar role in refurbishment contracts
- Good management skills
- Clean UK Driving Licence
- SMSTS or SSSTS and First Aider Qualifications will be an asset.
