A leading retailer is seeking and experienced retail manager to run their Canterbury store. The ideal candidate will be results driven and thrive in a retail service / sales environment. Working closely with the area manager the successful candidate will have a great opportunity to build the local customer base.
The Store Manager / General Manager responsibilities include;
- Driving excellent customer service.
- Maximising store profitability.
- Managing and coaching a team.
- PandL analysis and budget control.
- Staff training.
- Ensuring high standards are maintained.
This is an ideal role for an experienced Assistant Manager / Store Manager / Concession Manager or Department Manager with experience working in a high service retail environments.
The basic salary is paying up to GBP18,500 with a OTE of GBP28,000+ + Benefits and is reviewed throughout your career.
