Working in our bright and friendly office in central Havant you will work alongside Tracy and Neil, experienced recruitment professionals who will train you in all the aspects permanent recruitment with the Engineering and Manufacturing arena.
As well as a generous salary (circa early to mid twenties but this will build the more adept you become at placing people in the right roles), this position also offers uncapped commission, pension scheme and private health care (after qualifying period). There is a great vibe in the office and we enjoy socialising and fighting over who makes the best tea. Very key component to the role.
To succeed in the role you need to enjoy being around people and spending a lot of your time on the phone, the role requires strong negotiation and persuasive skills???if you're great with people then this is a career path you should consider. The role can be very fast paced with more tasks than time, but also requires the ability to focus on a task and problem solve. This is a very rewarding career and suits people who enjoy variety and continually learning.
