Are you a commercially-minded finance professional, who is excited by the opportunity of joining a successful team at a pivotal time in its growth?
Costcutter Supermarkets are underway with strategic transformation to redefine our operating model and deliver industry-leading value to our retailers and are looking to bring a resilient, enthusiastic and proactive Commercial Finance Manager or Senior Finance Business Partner into our finance team.
Our Commercial Finance Manager supports and challenges the business on its performance providing decision support, commercial insight as well as forecasting the end-to-end P&L from a finance perspective.
Through your strong commercial background, gained either via an industry route (ideally Retail or FMCG sectors) or through an advisory function in a large professional services organisation, you will support the business through;
- Delivering financial KPIs and analysis to support and challenge the business
- Providing detailed and proactive business performance analysis
- Producing rolling forecasts of value drivers
- Decision support and influencing strategy
- Improve financial controls and risk management
- Regular communication with the FD and Executive Directors in addition to wider business

We supply goods and services to independently-owned convenience stores across the UK and Republic of Ireland as well as to our company owned estate. These stores trade under a number of brands including Costcutter, Simply Fresh and Mace.
