Sales Negotiator / Property Lister - Estate Agent - GBP35k OTE

Bear Estate Agents are looking for a self-motivated Sales Negotiator or property lister to join their highly successful estate agency. Currently boasting a stock of over 250 properties and rapidly growing, Bear are looking for someone to join the team and hit the ground running. The position offers excellent career progression and the opportunity to learn from a team with over 50 years estate agency experience!

The position is available immediately but Bear are prepared for a notice period to be served for the right candidate. Interviews are to commence immediately.

Basic salary of GBP18,000 to GBP22,000 with on target earnings of GBP35,000

The ideal candidate will

?? Have a minimum of 1 year experience.

?? Have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.

?? Have a hunger to progress their career in estate agency.

?? Have a high level of energy and be able to thrive in a fast pace busy office.

?? Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

?? Have a UK driving license and your own car.

?? Consistently well presented.

?? Consistently punctual.
