My client is a go to firm for blue chip portfolio clients looking for a robust and professional property management service. They pride themselves on delivering the highest possible levels of service across to there clients ensuring the smooth running of there properties liaising with external and internal consultants to provide a complete management service. They have an established team with longstanding relationships generating a growing pipeline of work for the foreseeable future across Commercial, retail and industrial sectors

The ideal Candidate

• MRICS Property manager with 3 years + PQE
• Experience in setting service charge budgets
• Multi let property experience a bonus
• Comfortable liaising with tenants and clients
• Able to demonstrate an ability to deal with day to day management issues autonomously
• Good knowledge of L&T Law
• excellent knowledge of the south west market
