We now require a efficient, self-motivated Contract Administrator to administer and bill contracts in an accurate and efficient manner.

Highly numerate and literate with good PC skills, you will be responsible for activating and validating all contracts to ensure billing procedures are adhered to. You will have proven experience in an administration role and have great customer service skills.

This role involves updating terms of contracts as required, invoicing monthly contracts, handling customer enquiries to ensure revenue collection is received promptly and generally ensuring our billing accounts are run seamlessly. You will also have the opportunity to assist with relevant projects when the need arises.

Key Tasks include:

To ensure the billing termination process adheres to company procedures and customer requirements.
-Ensure the upgrade and settlement processes adhere to company procedures and customer contractual requirements.
-Assist in relevant projects, when required.
-To administer the process of a customer query and ensure resolution to customer satisfaction in an accurate and timely manner.
-To support the team leader to ensure departmental targets and objectives are met.
-To reduce the total open queries and reduce the query resolution time in line with departmental targets
-To ensure the billing process adheres to company procedures and customer requirements
-Customer call handling to resolve queries
-Process contract administration amendments
-To administer the credit and rebill process having gained appropriate approval
