Group Management Accountant

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently looking to recruit a Group Management Accountant to work for a leading South Yorkshire based business.

Reporting directly to the financial controller this role will take responsibility for managing and delivering all aspects of management accounting and analysis for the business. This will include liaising closely with non finance stakeholders to review performance again budgets, produce business cases and drive cost saving initiatives.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

*Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, reporting and analysis to the Exec and Group Finance
*Report monthly actuals, variance analysis and forecast future projections
*Analyse and implement process improvements and time saving initiatives
*Support with the internal and external audit process

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

*CIMA/ACCA qualified
*solid financial accounting with management accounting experience and strong analytical view
*ability to use Excel at an advanced level
*Good attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve accounting issues as and when they arise
