We are searching for an experienced Quality Assurance professional with experience in the Automotive strongly preferred and knowledge of the TS 16949 standard. The role will focus on quality assurance and quality control with a focus on visual inspection for the quality of the products.
This is a great time to join an already established company who are enjoying a time of significant growth in their history with a new site opened and having sole rights on a large-scale project, servicing a luxury car manufacturing brand.
As Quality Manager, you will report into the Head of Quality and will be growing a capable team of quality control and quality assurance engineers.
The role look to enhance the quality management system and SOPs for quality assurance and quality control. You will play a lead of imbedding a culture of quality assurance and proactive prevention rather than reactive inspection through the implementation of best practice to TS16949 and also Health & Safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enhance and improve team members' performance; setting personal objectives annually and reviewing through mid-year reviews and one to one meetings.
- Drive and support the quality assurance requirements to up hold accreditations (e.g. TS16949, OHSAS 18001 and ISO14001).
If you have experience in both quality assurance and Quality Control and would be motivated to contribute at a time of improvement and growth this could be the role for you.
