Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP26,000 DOE

Hours: 8.45am - 4.55pm Monday to Thursday, with a 4:25pm finish on a Friday

What will your working week be like?

This role will be working for a hugely successful and corporate organisation based in Crawley who is looking for a Ventilation Technical Support Advisor to join their technical support team. This client can offer a proven career path.

Within this role you will be required to:

• Answer telephone calls and e-mails in a confident and professional manner.
• To generate and maintain a technical product library for a wide range of technical products.
• To advise and select the clients products to meet all customers' requirements.
• To provide technical and electrical advice to customers regarding installation of the clients' specific products.

Who will suit this role?

The ideal candidate will have gained an engineering degree with a mechanical or electrical specialism. Alternatively you will have worked within a technical support role with similar product knowledge.

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word etc) and be computer literate with the ability to learn
• Attention to detail, accuracy and sense of urgency
• Degree educated
