Our client is a well-established, reputable manufacturing business who are a leading supplier specialising in complex, hard metal machining. They put extensive investment into the latest technologies and their state of the art machine shop, where they mostly supply to the Aerospace industry.
Due to their consistently strong order book they now have a requirement for an experienced CMM / Mechanical Inspector to join their operation in Harlow.
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:
-Full CMM inspection operations and are able to generate inspection programs.
-First Off Inspection, Stage and Final Inspection
-Regular use of all routine inspection equipment.
-Understanding and ability to read complex drawings, including geometric tolerances and ability to use basic trigonometry
-Final release of components including paperwork.
-Maintain all inspection paperwork files.
-Have a minimum of 3 years` experience in the Inspection department
This position is available on days or nights
Overtime is paid at a good rate and there is profit related bonus and long service bonus at 5 years, as well as a good pension.
