As one of the most prestigious private members clubs in Surrey we have a very busy calendar when it comes to conferences and banqueting. That's where you come in, we're after a 5 star Assistant Banqueting Operations Manager to give our guests a memorable experience.
With a rich 120 year History and a globally recognised brand our two clubs across London and Surrey are synonymous with motorsport and exclusivity.
As Assistant Banqueting Operations Manager your duties will be to help lead the banqueting team in order to create and deliver a consistent and professional conference or banqueting experience that is memorable and leaves members and their guests feeling highly satisfied.
Part of your new role will be looking over the department budget along with planning resources and people management.
When it comes to service delivery and operations we want you to implement our high standards across the board maintaining our service excellence throughout the dining experience. Service Quality is down to you and your team and you will be the first port of call during events dealing with customer feedback and what should be.....very rare complaints.
For this role it is essential that you have a proven track record in delivering high standards of service in a high quality environment. Customer service skills must be of a high standard with experience eof using EPOS systems. Somebody with management skills and a great team leader will be highly desirable we want you to motivate your team. Most importantly everything needs to be perfect, the highest level of attention to details is a must.
For this role we require.....
A great knowledge or qualification in Food Hygiene.
Previous experience and knowledge of licensing laws.
Excellent customer service skills.
Great team leader and management skills.
Finally experience with Budget planning and monitoring is a must.
