This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large and expanding organisation in a full time permanent role in a Financial Clerk, business support administration role.
Key Skills: financial transactions, reconciling cheques, providing financial administration support, AAT preferred but not essential.
Purpose of role: To perform financial transactions, Financial clerical and administrative functions within the professional service sector, ensuring customer service excellence is always delivered. You will be required to deal with queries from internal and external professional bodies and clients.
• Conducting financial transactions
• Providing excellent customer service to professional service clients
• Inputting data into financial systems & processing requests,
• Reconciliation work
• Meet targets and deadlines.
• Manage financial data activities ensuring referencing system is accurate and up to date
• General administration duties
Person Specification: Qualifications Skills Required:-
• AAT qualified preferred or qualified by experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft packages e.g Excel, word
• Experience of reconciling and processing a high volume of transactions
• Managing own time effectively, ability to work accurately and with pace
• Effective communication skills using exact language, and strong written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential
