The Role:
To provide first class Paralegal support to the fee-earners and others, as appropriate to underpin the Firm's Commercial Property team's objectives. Duties will include assisting lawyers with case administration, financial aspects, preparing and submitting pre-exchange /pre-completion searches, drafting legal documents and general property management work.
You will have direct contact with your own clients and be using your knowledge and skills to take instructions and provide advice.
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for candidates who either have or are looking to work towards obtaining CILEx qualification, have strong administration skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office coupled with accurate keyboard skills. Excellent communication skills over the phone, face to face both internally and externally will be necessary as will strong interpersonal skills. You must be able to work quickly and to a high quality, have the ability to listen and explain legal concepts to clients clearly. Legal knowledge and experience will be necessary for this role
