Position - Technical Administrator

Location - Within 1 hour commute of Waterbeach
The opportunity:
Kier Construction is looking to recruit a Technical Administrator to provide an effective efficient and high quality support service to the Safety, Health, Environment and Assurance (SHEA) team. Reporting into the procurement team, experience within a main contractor would be hugely beneficial in order to support the business effectively. Kier Group believes in developing existing staff and providing the opportunity for longevity in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adding quantities to orders with site approval
- Running holds reports
- Analysing reports for duplicate invoices
- Matching orders to invoices and good receiving notes
- Sending queries with goods not on an order to the local buyers
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of construction and different types of materials
- Excellent IT and communications skills
- Excel experience
- Oracle and Coins experience would be beneficial
