We have a fantastic team in Cardiff, very strong and supportive management and a great culture. Business is good so we're looking to grow our headcount to take advantage of strong hiring intentions across the sector.

What you'll need to succeed:

There's not one typical person that makes a good Trainee Recruitment Consultant. We've got people from all kinds of backgrounds - retail, sales professionals, ex-tradespeople, telesales, call centre environments, graduates??? all with an interest in construction.

You'll need to demonstrate that you're sales driven, results-focused, and possess an ambitious drive to succeed. Recruitment is hard work and it takes time and perseverance to achieve results, so resilience, persistence and determination is key. You need to be passionate about people, outgoing and confident.
