The Rail Division has a client base including Network Rail, Crossrail, Heathrow Express, Invensys Rail, Alstom, Transport for London and a variety of international projects and companies. Key sectors include Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Auxiliary staff, Signalling Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Planners, Project Managers, maintenance and renewal staff.
An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Recruitment professional to join as Head of Rail to further penetrate the sector and build the team.
Role Description
As Head of Rail you'll be responsible for contributing to company profitability through the effective management of the Division. You will develop sales opportunities within the core business areas and maximise business with existing clients as well as manage a team of consultants by maintaining a positive team environment through an approachable and motivational style. You will also be expected to take an active role in building the team.
About you
* You will have a track record as a successful Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Manager with a track record in the Rail sector.
* You will have experience of leading a team in either a Branch Manager / Divisional Manager / Director role, with a the ability to motivate staff to achieve targets, objectives and company incentives.
* Your skills set will include good client facing / business development / account management skills, monitoring performance / KPI reporting, business reviews / appraisals etc???
