Ganymede Energy, one of the market leaders within the energy recruitment industry, are looking to recruit Resource Consultants with the desire to succeed, to join our ever-growing team based in Milton Keynes.
We are looking for people who are driven and have a dynamic personality!
You will be responsible for communicating with engineers regarding various job opportunities and will be monitored on your ability to arrange interviews within a very buoyant and thriving market.
You will be responsible for the full candidate journey from attraction through to placement. You will need to be professional, personable and persuasive, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments as the client base grows into new sectors.
Day-to-day activities typically involve:

Contacting engineers by telephone and discussing the latest opportunities within the industry,
*
Typing and documenting a brief summary of your conversation with the engineer,
*
Requesting and storing all relevant qualifications & documents as required,
*
Candidate attraction through advertisements on websites or social media,
*
assessing candidates and preparing them for client interviews,
*
Working towards weekly / monthly targets,
*
Other relevant duties as may be reasonably applicable from time to time.
Benefits package includes:

Basic salary18k - 20K plus commission, realistic OTE of GBP30K plus,
*
Full training provided,
*
Lap top and mobile phone provided,
*
23 days annual holiday, exclusive of bank holidays - Various other options are available on salary sacrifice such as:
