The Field UK National Account Role:

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director and dotted line reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing account leadership across the High Street and Travel channel and other accounts as necessary.

About You:

In order to achieve and exceed targets for the channel by developing existing customers and identifying new business, you will have a demonstrable track record in achieving sales and profitability with a natural flare for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships within the industry. 

To be a success in this role you will be able to fulfil the following requirements:

+ Prior management of national High Street and Travel accounts at HQ level and a proven track record of growth within existing customers
+ Demonstrable track record in identifying and attracting new business opportunities and achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals
+ Considerable commercial acumen with the ability to structure deals
+ Demonstrable commitment to building strong business relationships with customers
+ Ability to effectively implement sales and marketing strategies
+ Ability to effectively monitor category performance versus plan and communicate accordingly
+ Ability to understand & evaluate commercial metrics, such as trade, promotional & full account level Profit & Loss 
+ Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
+ Strong presentation and communication skills with proven ability to effectively communicate with customers and across functionally with senior leaders within the company 
+ Proven negotiating and influencing skills
+ High-energy, self-starter who can think for themselves and add value
+ Collaborative team player
+ An ambassador for the company: confident; adaptable and resilient; and with a hunger and passion to succeed
+ Competent in MS Office
+ Applicants must be able to commit to regular UK wide travel as required for business and customer meetings and to travel to Richmond for a weekly meeting every Monday
