The Opportunity

We have a fabulous opportunity for an accomplished administrator to join our busy Capital Processing Team, supporting our talented procurement department on a minimum 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The work this team does underpins our amazing ability to win and retain valuable business, so we can present the best Bupa solution for our customers. This is an incredibly busy role and department, and with opportunities ever arising, it is very likely that the contract will be extended and become permanent

The Role

  • Processing of all Capital Expenditure Approvals and Orders
  • Ensuring all Capex requests are correctly authorised
  • Receipt of, matching and processing of orders
  • Ensuring all invoices are correctly authorised for payment
  • Record keeping and filing
  • Production of financial reports.

You

  • A confident communicator with brilliant organisational skills
  • Strong administration ability
  • An enthusiastic team player, organised and deadline-driven
  • Advanced IT skills (MS Office / Excel essential)
  • e-purchasing experience ideal

  • Available for 6 month contract and permanent position
