Customer Service Representative
Are you passionate about Customer Service?
Do you have experience working in a call centre?
Are you available to start work in July?
This is a temporary position, looking to go permanent for the right Candidate. You will be working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, 9am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm but must be flexible with overtime hours as the business requires during peak time.
They are offering a salary of GBP16,750 per year
Duties can include but are not limited to:
" Calling customers prior to deliveries to confirm requirements
" Taking orders from incoming calls and input through the system
" Providing quotes
" Dealing with any invoice queries
" Upselling where possible
" Quality calls to make sure Customers are happy with the service they've been provided and report back to Management any issues
" Updating the database with all call logs
Skills & experience required:
" Previous experience in a Customer Support role
" Good levels of administration and be PC literate
" Be customer focused
