Town Planner - High Wycombe

Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 plus generous commission scheme
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Town Planner to join a growing architectural, planning and structural engineering practice based in High Wycombe. The company predominantly work in the residential sector, securing planning permission for single storey extensions through to complete new builds.
They are looking for a Chartered Town Planner to assist the team with the searching for land and buildings with the potential to be converted via planning permission or permitted development. Daily you will be responsible for preparing planning applications and appeals site sourcing, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and delivering planning advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
It is anticipated that the successful Town Planner will have extensive experience in appraising potential developments, using map searching software and will be MRTPI qualified with private sector experience.
