35 hours per week Mon - Fri - Pay from GBP10.75 per hour + Bonus

Their in-house Door to Door Fundraising teams tell the stories of their campaigns and connect with people on a personal level. They go straight into the community and show people how they can make a difference together. Most importantly, they sign up new long-term supporters to the company via a monthly donation.

Tasks and Responsibilities of the Charity Door to Door Fundraising Team Leader:

• Managing, motivation and training a team of fundraisers
• Reporting to the Door to Door Coordinator
• Using the latest tablet technology to sign up new financial supporters.
• Completing admin as required, including use of Excel and email to report hours and numbers of new supporters as required (daily / weekly)
• Meeting the team and individual targets as set by the Door coordinator.
• Inspiring people to want to be part of the organisation.
• Assisting with supporting and training of fellow team members
• To create a shared team culture of positivity and enthusiasm towards the medium of fundraising and the company
• Representing the company and the core values to existing members and those who decide not to join in a positive way.

• Our client's Team Leaders earn an hourly wage of GBP10.75ph
