My client is an Award Winning Regional care provider with a great reputation, they are looking for a strong and experienced Deputy Manager who can 'hit the ground running' working full time as a Deputy in their fully compliant Residential Care home for the Elderly, some with Dementia in Frome, Somerset. The deputy manager post is a key role within the home in assisting the manager to ensure a high quality service is provided to all of the residents. You must have good recent experience in a similar role and hold an NVQ 3 - Care Management
No Nursing Qualification needed as is Residential Care The Home:
Medium in size
