Job Title: Technical Director Transport Planning
Location: Watford
Salary: GBP65,000 - GBP75,000
A UK wide multidisciplinary are looking for a Technical Director with a strong understanding of the local market to develop the organisation's presence across the region. The organisation have a number of strategically positioned offices across the UK and are looking to further develop their Transport Planning team within Watford.
Job Specification:
* Chartered or working toward Chartership;
* Extensive experience within the London transport market;
* Strong track record of developing business & client contacts in the region;
* Experience of managing (and ideally growing) a transport team;
* Skilled in development planning, microsimulation & highways design;
The successful applicant will play a key role in the growth of the transport planning team in the region, with key responsibilities including:
1 Identification and development of new business opportunities
2 Management and mentoring of the transport planning team
3 Delivery of transportation projects
This represents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Transport Planner to take on a challenging and exciting position with significant room for career progression.
The organisation is offering a starting salary of up to GBP75,000 for the right candidate, along with a range of additional benefits and bonuses.
