My client, a rapidly expanding UKAS accredited compliance consultancy that specialise in property project management, which includes all aspects of asbestos management services are looking for a driven Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to be an important part of this expansion.
You will join a highly reputable asbestos department that are recognised for their simplified and rise in standards within the asbestos industry.
Due to repeated success my client have recently opened a brand new office in London, therefore your asbestos surveyor position will play an important part in the expansion and will enable you to enhance your career prospects further.
As part of your Asbestos Surveyor Analyst position your daily duties will include:
* Management, Refurbishment, Demolition and Re-Inspection Surveys
* 4-stage clearances
* Air fibre monitoring
* Compile and deliver accurate reports
* Work in accordance with relevant regulations
In order to be successful for this exciting Asbestos Surveyor Analyst, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
* BOSH P402, P403, P404 Qualified
* Minimum of 2 years' experience
* Flexible to travel across the UK
* Full UK driving license
The successful asbestos surveyor analyst will be offered a salary of GBP26,000 - GBP33,000, plus a company car, continued professional development and additional benefits package.
