Head of Paraplanning

We are representing a highly successful, independent Wealth Manager based in London. Due to the recent acquisition of a substantial client bank and forever increasing referrals they are seeking a Paraplanning Manager to join them.

Whilst they advise a diverse client bank of a range of financial subjects, they are one of the largest financial advisers to 'The Bar' and manage the affairs of a number of legal charities.

Working within a team of three the head of paraplanning will work directly with the Company Director, as well as provide technical assistance and support to two paraplanning colleagues.

The role will see you provide technical research and analysis as well as have an ability to make recommendations to the advisor. The paraplanner will need to have a good knowledge of market offerings. The job will include complex report writing that are of a high standard and technically and grammatically correct.

To be successful in the role the candidate will need to be able to work on their own initiative and be decisive.

Someone who has experience of working within an investment committee would be at an advantage.
