Role: Business Standards Co ordinator
Status: Permanent
Salary: Negotiable
Duties
Within the client company based in the Bedfords area you will be in charge of numerous requests from customers for communication on their compliance to standards (ISO 9001; 14001; 18001; Kitemark) and sustainability requirements.
You will also provide a service to your colleagues and the Company ensuring requests get answered in full following Company policy. Organising internal responses, collating information and taking control of messages to third parties.
With your knowledge of Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Management you will keep up to date of changes in standards, regulations and you instigate action to gain or retain Company compliance following those changes.
You will be keeping track of any changes in their Business Management System (ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 combined) and ensure administration is up to date and disseminated to the relevant internal parties.
You will undertake internal audits and communicate results to stakeholders as well as manage a timetable for external audits, and prepare the Company to comply.
With experience in this line of work, you will become a trusted source of knowledge in the Company, reporting to the Company Secretary. Collaboration with others is a key requirement. You will be organised and meticulous in your attention to detail.
