Position - Employer Engagement Consultant
Location - North East - Newcastle, County Durham & Northumberland.
Salary - GBP20,000 - GBP21,000
New World Recruitment are working with a leading social enterprise who operate in the employment and education sector.
Recruiting for an Employer Engagement Consultant, your role will be to engage and build relationships with SME employers across the North East in order to uncover potential employment or work placement opportunities for 18-24 year olds leaving the educational system. .
There are two outcomes to the position, either getting a learner onto a short work placement for a couple of weeks, or putting them into a years employment with potentially full time employment at the end of the placement.
Ideally looking for someone with a consultative selling approach, who has employer links within the North East. Working for a social enterprise comes with a range of benefits from flexible working and employee perks
