Due to continued expansion, one of the UK's fastest growing e commerce retailers is looking to recruit Customer Helpdesk Team Members to join their award-winning organisation.
The business, based in Knaresborough, runs numerous retail websites and offers a genuinely exciting opportunity to become an important part of a rapidly growing and ambitious company with lots of potential for career progression.
Being a customer helpdesk team member, you will be directly responsible for maintaining and enhancing their unrivalled reputation for best-in-class customer service. A sociable and outgoing person, you will act as the first point of contact for their customers and will require excellent communication skills. You will be dealing with a variety of enquiries so you need to be adaptable and flexible in your approach, maintaining a polite and professional manner at all times. You will receive full training and become versed with their in-house systems, developing an excellent technical understanding of their products. Able to work as part of a professional team that takes pride in exceeding customers expectations, there will be times when you need to be able to work under your own supervision and liaise with other departments. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
