Role:
This position is an office based role & most business will be conducted via the telephone. It will see you, as part of the customer support team, responsible for the taking of technical support calls from existing clients, end users & internal teams as required.
You will be required to take a fantastic paid trip to the USA for training on the companies product range to enable you to provide sound technical advice on the Hydraulic & Electrical faults on my clients product as needed.
You:
- A technical knowledge / understanding of Hydraulic systems
- A basic technical knowledge of electrical systems
- Competent user of Word & Excel
- Comfortable working under own initiative as well as taking part in team activities
- Passport; happy & able to travel to the USA with the company
This position would suit: Mechanics, car enthusiasts, Engineers, Hydraulics fitters, support engineers, helpdesk engineers, anyone with a sound understanding of hydraulics.
