East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Information Services to establish the new post of Head of Information Services, responsible for the management of both information and information systems within the charity.
East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) supports families and cares for children and young people with life threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk
Taking ownership of the EACH IT systems, the successful candidate will ensure provision of the best solutions to all system users within budget limitations. The post-holder will lead the management of a contracted out, predominantly cloud, information technology service in the charity and line manage our internal database administration and analysis team providing support to the whole organisation.
In order to succeed, you must possess up to date technical skills, understand the complexities of information governance and be passionate about ensuring that processes, controls and systems are put in place to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice.
Educated to masters degree level or equivalent, you will have substantial proven experience of effective project management and working to deadlines within budget. Your communication and influencing skills will be top class along with your keen eye for detail.
