Phillips Grant have the pleasure of working with a thriving business based in the Taunton area. The business has seen a period of continued growth and this is not set to stop. Having moved in to newly refurbished offices in Taunton they are looking to add to the friendly team. The client requires the services of an experienced Administrator who can handle a busy workload whilst working as part of a committed team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Dealing with day-to-day client enquiries.
  • Preparing files for client meetings.
  • Submitting complex application forms.
  • Regular liaison with external partners to assist with progressing business opportunities.
  • Inputting new client data onto a back office system and maintaining our client files.
  • Raising invoices to clients and other associates to ensure the payments are processed on time.
  • Diary management and administration for senior employees.
  • Dealing with incoming emails, post and telephone calls.
  • Effective management of your own diary systems, to ensure workload is carried out in a timely manner.
