The Role: 

As the Technical Support / Account Manager, you’ll be joining the Client Services Department which is spread across the offices in Milton Keynes, Amsterdam and Cluj. 

Your role will specifically focus on supporting and servicing a range of customer accounts. You’ll work with a range of customers from Fund Managers to property sector professionals and will provide effective communications and excellent levels of support. 

Your tasks will include: 

- Maintaining and building strong business relationships with customers 
- Managing and prioritising incoming support queries 
- Identifying the root-cause of issues and managing a resolution plan 
- Escalating any relevant issues to the Management Team 

About You: 

Could you thrive in this exciting role? To be considered as a Technical Support / Account Manager, you will need: 

- Previous experience in a Technical / Customer Support position 
- Previous exposure to and/or a working knowledge of accounting processes, such as financial accounts, accounts payable and accounts receivable 
- A good level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Windows and Office 
- A degree (or equivalent) 
- Excellent customer facing and/or communication skills 

Ideal candidates may have experience of supporting accountancy software, or using accountancy software in a working setting, however this is by no means essential. Experience gained within the property industry would also be beneficial, as would experience with SQL. 

Other organisations may call this role Technical Support Analyst, Software Support Analyst, Software Support Technician, Customer Support Technician, or Customer Account Technician. 

Our client is also interested in hearing from IT savvy candidates who have held the role of Accounts Clerk, Accounts Technician, Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable Technician, or Accounts Receivable Technician, and are looking to pursue a more customer focused role.
