As Restaurant Manager at our brand new branch, you will take the lead in empowering your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Overseeing the operational standards within the restaurant, such as food quality, food hygiene standards, cleanliness, speed of service and the team’s presentation, you will be used to working in a fast paced atmosphere and thrive in a busy but exciting quick service restaurant environment. 

There will be key things to consider in this role, such as training your team to be the best, driving sales of our delicious coffee, food, drink as well as our famous ‘Tim-bits’, and working to KPI’s, such as productivity, customer counts and waste sheets; all in order to continually improve performance and guarantee we are up there as the best in the industry.   

You will be an experienced manager, who has worked within the Quick Service Restaurants sector, and who has a strong ability to grow and motivate a team successfully. We are looking for a friendly and approachable character, who has a sincere and genuine interest in providing each of our guests with an exceptional Customer experience. Shift work is the norm in this role, so flexibility is a must, as is knowledge of food hygiene, and of course, achieving profits.

Please note; This role will require fully paid training for 4 weeks, Mon - Fri split between our new Greater Manchester branch and our training centre in the Midlands, where our test kitchen is based. We will provide accommodation and travel expenses for the successful candidate.
