This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation going through a period of exciting growth. The role will sit within their Marketing and Commercial team, responsible for new customer acquisition marketing and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.The team covers a large part of the business, so there is opportunity to have visibility on and learn about key commercial aspects.
This opportunity would have freedom to develop BTL and ATL campaigns to increase commercial gain. The ideal candidate will help shape our future channel communication strategy including new channels.This role will involve liaising with lots of key stakeholders within the business i.e. product management, brand management and the creative team.
Day to Day responsibilities:
Build and implement core elements of a data driven Below-The-Line direct response strategy
Managing the creative agency to deliver timely, distinctive and compelling work.
Oversee the print management and delivery for all your campaigns ensuring cost/time efficiency
Develop and deliver core elements of Above-The-Line strategy
Person Spec:
3 + years experience in marketing including significant experience managing comms / campaigns end to end
You must have a passion for design and knowledge of what makes below-the-line comms effective
Strong analytical, project management and people skills
