Are you an experienced Property Manager within the Social Housing sector looking for a permanent role in a busy working environment?
My client has a requirement for 2 Property Managers to joing the Recievership Team, team based out of their Bath office.
Working 37 hours a week, the succesful candidates will manage a small portfolio of properties from atracting maximum rental opportunities, reporting maintenance concerns to to serving notice to tenants when required.
You will provide first line support to our internal team and external parties including mortgage lenders, property owners, tenants and third parties ensuring all issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Person Specification
This is a very busy working environment. The ability to work successfully under pressure is essential for this post. You will need to prioritise your own work load and be flexible with your working day plan.
You will spend a lot of time on the phone speaking to tenants and landlords. Therefore you will be a confident communicator and have the ability to stay calm and professional in what can be challenging and emotive situations.
A general understanding of Property Act Receivership law would be highly advantageous as would a background in property management.
