The PA / Office Manager Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking for a PA / Office Manager role where they can take on more active involvement in the business and really add value.
It is a demanding role that requires you to be proactive and multi-resourceful as you will be supporting the Managing Director and be responsible for the smooth running of the office and facilities management.
Your responsibilities as the PA / Office Manager:
The role will have true PA and Office Management duties which will entail:
- Full diary management
- Providing detailed briefing material for meetings
- Minute taking
- Organizing dates and venues for Board meetings and away days
- Organizing office events
- Facilities Management/Office Management
- Personal support for the Managing Director
Our ideal PA / Office Manager:
You will need to be sure of yourself and confident to provide suggestions and solutions to the busy weekly schedule – prioritizing meetings accordingly. The PA/Office Manager role can be very demanding so you will need to keep up with the pace!
